Alexandria, VA, November 16, 2016- ASTA Small Business Network celebrated its 30th anniversary last week at its unique dual-venue national conference at the Westin Fort Lauderdale and on the Celebrity Infinity.

In partnership with the Greater Fort Lauderdale CVB & Celebrity Cruises, attendees were able to reflect over ASTA Small Business Network’s accomplishments with various video tributes, showcasing networking and educational FAM opportunities that ASTA Small Business Network provided throughout the years.

 

 

“Our community of trade professionals has never been stronger,” said Ann Chamberlin, President of ASTA Small Business Network and SVP of Operations, American Society of Travel Advirsors. “We owe our 30 years of success to the vast network of relationships built between suppliers and travel professionals. Suppliers know that their clients find them to be a trust resource because travel professionals are experienced with first-hand knowledge of the hotels, destinations and products. We look forward to building on the success of our Annual Conference and expanding our community of travel agents and suppliers.”

During a cocktail reception sponsored by Holland American Line and awards dinner celebration sponsored by Visit Anchorage, ASTA Small Business Network announced their 2016 award winners.

Following up on the success of ASTA Small Business Network (formerly NACTA) 2016 conference ASTA Small Business Network anticipates the experience in Anchorage, Alaska to be their largest attended conference next year. Over 120 registrations were collected during ASTA Small Business Network (formerly NACTA) Annual Conference, when registration officially opened.
