Bob Duglin is NACTA’s Vice President of Sales and Industry Relations, where his primary duties include working with and recruiting industry supplier members.

These include cruise lines, tour operators, convention and visitor bureaus, and other allied industry providers. Bob also develops and organizes NACTA's Seminar at Sea and FAM programs. A resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, he has been involved in the travel industry for more than twenty-five years, both a brick-and-mortar agency owner and an at-home agent. Bob is a partner in Sun, Sea and Tee Travel, and is founder and former director of the South Florida Chapter of NACTA.

Here, Bob emphasizes the importance of working with NACTA’s Supplier and Host Agency Partners.

What is the importance of NACTA supplier/host agency partners?
NACTA's Supplier and Host Agency Partners form a very important part of our membership. These are the people who best understand that the most beneficial way to reach out and touch our travel consultants is through affiliating with the National Association of Career Travel Agents. Our Supplier and Host Partners support you at your chapter meetings, at our national conference, and by keeping us updated through webinars, e-mail broadcasts, Agent Life magazine articles, advertising, and so much more! It's important as front-line selling travel consultants that we support the suppliers who are supporting us.

Why should NACTA members support those suppliers?
These Supplier and Host Partners are investing in you. They want to help your business be more profitable. Most of them are happy to reach out and help you form groups, boost your sales, speak at your chapter meetings, and host you on educational events and FAM trips.

Where can NACTA members access the NACTA Partner directories and learn more about NACTA Supplier Members?
All of NACTA's Supplier Members are listed on our website at www.nacta.com, where you can also find more information about their products and links to their website. The “Host Agency” section is a great reference tool for learning about the wide variety of plans each of these companies offers. NACTA provides the opportunity to learn about the top host agency programs via live or recorded webinars. Visit the NACTA website “Events” tab for the to access the "Calendar of Events" page to view upcoming webinars. Both the Supplier Member and Host Agency lists can be searched by type of business or by company name.
